No what I mean is Ford Police Interceptor Concept means that old Crown Vic-based concept car from 2002, and Ford Police Interceptor (without the word Concept) refers to the one we have here. There was also another car called the Ford Interceptor Concept (no word Police).

Basically:

The official site lists this as the Ford Police Interceptor Concept.

because due to the rims, and the older looking body it's before 2002.

I think he's asking why they didn't choose the newer Vic, not why this is listed as a 1999. I personally would take a 2006+ Police Interceptor with the ungraded interior and horsepower boost.
